The Venom Splasher AoE is composed of an inner and outer radius. After application, a countdown begins and is broadcast above the enemy sprite corresponding to the remaining duration. When it expires, all enemies within the skill AoEs receive damage divided by the number of enemies within the inner AoE. In addition to skill level scaling, skill ATK multipler scales with the user's Poison React level.
