Blitz Beat is an active and passive skill. As an active skill, Blitz Beat inflicts neutral damage to enemies. As a passive skill, autospell the active skill by chance on ranged attacks. Blitz Beat damage and scaling is influenced by how it was cast. In either case, base damage scales with the user's DEX, INT, and Steel Crow level.

blitz_dmg = 80 + 2 * floor(dex / 10) + 2 * floor(int / 2) + 6 * steel_crow_lv

If cast actively, damage is multiplied by skill level.
