1st Transcendent Link affects High 1-1 characters below base level 70.

1st Transcendent Link increases the target's STR, DEX, AGI, VIT, INT, & LUK by their base level but these bonuses cannot exceed the target's base level - 10 or 50 with the application of 1st Transcendent Link. However, equipment, skills, and other effects may be used to exceed this threadhold after 1st Transcendent Link has been cast. Consequently, to maxmimize the skill benefit, it may be necessary to remove equipment and/or beneficial spells prior to casting 1st Transcendent Link.
