Marine Spheres may be damaged, and killed, by the Alchemist and other players.
If the summoned Marine Sphere is not defeated before its duration expires, it despawns.
The summoned Marine Sphere
is identical to the monster counterpart, e.g. identical monster ID and skills,
with the exception that monster HP scales with skill level and the
IF_ALCHEMIST flag is True.
This flag exposes new behavior, expressed through skills, that are cast in rapid succession when the Marine Sphere is damaged.
1. Move # Begin Movement 2. Self Destruct # Cast Self Destruct
The typical result in the Marine Sphere moving 7 (horizontal or vertical) or 5 (diagonal) cells away from the damage source for 3 seconds and explodes after 4 seconds inflicting fire magic damage and knockback to nearby enemies. However, this result may be influenced by other factors, e.g. movement or skill impairments. Additionally, if the Marine Sphere is recovered to full HP while in transit, it does not explode upon reaching its destination and casts Self Destruct immediately upon receiving further damage instead.
On PvP maps, affects allies.
