Detail

Divest Weapon divest chance scales with the user's DEX and skill level and the enemy's DEX.

divest_chance = 5 + 5 * divest_weapon_lv + (dex_user - dex_enemy) / 5

When a monster is divested, the monster incurs a 25% ATK penalty.

When a player is divested, their Righthand-Weapon items are forcibly unequipped and cannot be equipped until the divest status is removed. Divest Weapon will fail when cast on players without a Righthand-Weapon item equipped. Relative to monsters, players are divested for a reduced duration.
