The Item SP Recovery increase is culmulative with INT, as presented below.
recovery = item_value * (1 + int / 50 + sp_recovery_lv / 10)
The stationary regeneration increase is independent from the normal regeneration timer and expressed separately as a "bonus". A player is stationary if they have not moved by walking for 10 seconds; e.g. movement by teleporting is "stationary". Like normal regeneration, the regeneration bonus is lost when the player is overweight. The stationary regeneration bonus scales with skill level and max SP, as presented below.
