Unlike the player version of this skill, it has a modified cast delay, ATK scaling, and cannot critical.

The Focus Arrow Strike AoE originates from the user and is directed towards the target, selecting the closest cardinal or ordinal direction. It it is possible for the target to be excluded in the resultant AoE, as presented below. However, if the resultant AoE would not inflict damage to any enemy, damage is inflicted to the target instead.

Additionally, the Focused Arrow Strike AoE may truncated by "gutter zones", which occur in 40 cell increments north and east. If cast within 10 cells of the zone, the AoE is not truncated and will transverse the gutter. If cast outside this range, the AoE is truncated at the gutter.
